Finniss River Lodge provides luxury accommodation, exciting activities, personalised service and chef prepared meals.

It’s only a short 20 minute flight or 90 minute drive from Darwin.

Finniss River Station is a working cattle station running Brahman cattle for the last 30 years.

There are six luxuriously appointed rooms including walk in wardrobes and ensuites with both bath and shower.

Huge deck areas and the infinity edge pool overlook vast flood plains which are a stunning backdrop whilst you are relaxing at the lodge.

The lodge fits perfectly into its panoramic environment and is a photographer’s nirvana.

You’ll explore wetlands, floodplains, savannah woodlands, elevated quartz outcrops, coastal beaches, mangroves, magnetic termite mounds, paperbark and eucalypt forests.

There’s 169 bird species, crocodiles, wallabies, echidnas, dingoes, emus, boars, reptiles and Brahman cattle.

There are two activities each day that are included which allow you to fully appreciate the stunning environment you’re visiting.

Your experienced guides all have a strong connection with Finniss River Station and everything you can experience.

Extra options like scenic heli-tours and charter fishing are billed separately.

Included in the guiding team is internationally renowned wildlife and survival expert. Andrew Ucles.

Tours with Andrew are only available on certain dates so bookings are essential.

Learn to track wildlife, make fire from scratch, source local bush tucker that will be transformed by the chef for your evening meal.

You’ll view nature differently after spending time with Andrew.

Stunning dishes are prepared by the lodge’s qualified chef using the freshest local produce that will deliver an excellent culinary experience.

There’s a selection of wine, beer and spirits which are also included.
